Yes. Guests must be 21 years or older with a valid photo ID. A government-issued photo ID is required at Will Call to collect your wristband, so bring yours even if someone else booked your ticket.

Ticket confirmations are sent by email after you book. Wristbands are picked up at Will Call in the Crowne Plaza lobby on December 30 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and on December 31 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 PM.

Typically, yes — tickets are usually available at the door while supplies last. Door prices are higher than advance ticket prices, so booking ahead costs less. Advance prices may also increase as December 31 approaches.

General Admission ($45) includes access to all six party rooms and to all three comedy shows, with cash bars available throughout the event. It does not include the VIP open bar, reserved seating, or the Midnight Breakfast Buffet.

VIP Admission ($80) includes access to all six party rooms, all three comedy shows, and the VIP open bars from 9:00 PM to 12:00 AM. It does not include reserved seating or the Midnight Breakfast Buffet.

A VIP Reserved Table ($850) seats ten guests and includes VIP admission for all ten, a reserved table in the VIP secured seating section, access to all six party rooms and all comedy shows, the VIP open bars from 9:00 PM to 12:00 AM, and a complimentary bottle of champagne.

All event bars are open for purchasing drinks by every guest. VIP open bar access runs from 9:00 PM to 12:00 AM and covers the event bars only — the hotel lobby bar and the restaurant bar are card-payment only and are not included in the VIP open bar.

All mobile event bars open at 6:00 PM on December 31, when doors open for the NYE Social singles mixer in the Lobby Bar Lounge. The VIP open bars pour from 9:00 PM to 12:00 AM.

Yes. The Midnight Breakfast Buffet is available and is managed directly by the Crowne Plaza's Parkwoods Restaurant. It is not included with any event ticket and is paid for separately.

Yes. The official New Year's countdown and the midnight balloon drop happen in the Grand Party Room as 2026 turns into 2027. It is the centerpiece of the night, so plan to be in that room before midnight.

No. Your hotel room at the Crowne Plaza Atlanta Perimeter at Ravinia is already included with your package. Hotel room lists are provided to the hotel by December 29, so book your package before that date.

Parking is not included. Parking is managed by the Crowne Plaza and special event parking rates apply on New Year's Eve. Uber and Lyft are highly recommended — typical rides for the event run around $10.
